How location works at Neurodiverse You
We are an independent, clinically co-led service — not a single high-street clinic with one postcode. Much of our work is delivered online so adults across the UK can access structured ADHD assessment without travelling for every appointment. Where autism or combined pathways benefit from in-person observation, we work with associates who may offer sessions at bases such as Guildford or Farnborough, by prior arrangement.
When you enquire, we run clinical triage: we listen to what you are navigating, explain which pathway might fit, and set out realistic formats, timelines and indicative fees before you commit. You do not need a GP referral, and you do not need to choose the “right” package before first contact.

Some autism and combined pathways include structured in-person elements where clinically indicated and where an associate clinician is available. We outline this before you commit — nothing is assumed without discussion.
How do associate clinicians fit in?
Neurodiverse You is clinically co-led; assessment and follow-up care is delivered by a carefully selected network of associates across regions. Triage helps match you to an appropriate clinician and pathway.
What should I mention when enquiring from my area?
Tell us your location, whether you prefer online or in-person where possible, and whether you are exploring ADHD, autism, AuDHD, or post-diagnostic support. We do not expect you to self-diagnose the right service.
