Justine brings 18 years of business experience, including a decade as an HR expert, working with people across the full seniority spectrum — from individual contributors through to executives. Her career spans corporate and small-business roles in industries ranging from global pharma to engineering and chemical manufacturing, and she takes particular pleasure in watching people develop and reach the goals they set themselves.

She specialises in one-to-one and group coaching, leadership training, and HR consulting — including her Leaders-who-Coach programme, which equips managers with practical coaching skills they can use day-to-day.
