Psychologist & ADHD & Wellbeing Coach

Psychologist & ADHD & Wellbeing Coach (GMBPsS)

Amy Green is a psychologist and ADHD specialist with more than 15 years’ experience supporting women, young people, and frontline professionals across public, private, and community settings. With a strong foundation in psychology, trauma prevention, and neurodiversity, she delivers evidence-based coaching and training that helps clients build emotional regulation, resilience, and sustainable wellbeing strategies.

Her expertise lies in supporting women and young people with ADHD, combining professional knowledge and lived experience to provide tailored, practical, and compassionate tools for lasting change. She delivers one-to-one and group coaching with a specialist focus on ADHD in women and young people, alongside trauma prevention and emotional resilience.

Amy designs ADHD-informed coaching frameworks that blend psychology, somatic practices, and yoga therapy. She is an EMCC-accredited Parent & Child Emotion Coach, equipping families with tools for regulation and connection, and delivers workshops for organisations embedding trauma-informed, neurodivergent-inclusive approaches.

Before moving into specialist coaching, Amy served as a police officer with Greater Manchester Police, leading safeguarding interventions and multi-agency collaboration to support vulnerable families, adults, and young people. That frontline experience informs her work in crisis management, mental health first aid, de-escalation, and complex safeguarding — always with a trauma-informed lens.
