Emergency Statement

Important Notice - in the event of an emergency or crisis

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or are in need of immediate support, please do not wait.

 

Neurodiverseyou.com is not equipped to handle emergency situations.

In an emergency, please take the following actions:
 

  1. Contact Emergency Services:

    Dial 999 if you are in the UK or your local emergency number if you or someone else is in immediate danger.
     

  2. Reach Out to a Crisis Helpline:
     

    • Samaritans: Call 116 123 (available 24/7) 
       

    • Shout: Text 85258 for free, confidential support via text (available 24/7)
       

    • Mind: Call 0300 123 3393 or text 86463 (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm)
       

  3. Visit the Nearest A&E:

    If you feel unsafe or are having thoughts of harming yourself, please go to your nearest Accident & Emergency (A&E) department.
     

Remember: You do not have to go through this alone. Help is available, and it’s important to reach out.
